Sterling 6 St. Viator 2 Bottom of the 5th (HALF) nm

Tough hard nose game. I always appreciate Sterling’s exceptionally high quality streams, cable TV like (especially after SF’s terrible stream yesterday).

I like Sterling to pull away in the 2nd half.

Reactions: Sterling Warrior
Sterling looked terrible in the first half, they had two plays, hand ball off up the middle or QB run up the middle. They looked much better in the second half when they spread it out and finally started scoring. Viator is a good team, they fought hard, safe travels home.

Ryan giving Viator fits…he’s an outstanding player.
Was that #7?

If so, Carmel Catholic has nothing like him as a player. He’s a stud!

I wouldn’t want to meet Sterling in a later round game. They have good size and are really physical. Bigger than CCHS.

Why does #7 even leave the field?

Sterling has had a 2 QB system for at quite some time now. #7 and #2 switch off depending on the coaches thinking and the situation.

Yep #7…gave SF fits when they played Sterling. 2 long TD runs from him just kept SF from having any chance of putting them away.

side note: Sterling fans super classy and I find myself pulling for them in 5A. And I said it early in the season, they’re a tough out for anyone in 5A. A very solid football team.

Just to give credit where credit is due, #7 Ryan had 1 TD run and the other QB #2 Shilling had the long pass and touchdown run. So it was a combination. On a side note, since we’ve played ST Francis I can’t help but find myself rooting for them as well, through the season and now in the playoffs. funny how you have respect for a team you’ve played.https://fb.watch/gullcUyC1b/
