Besides the end of the SF-Provi game and a called fumble after forward progress had stopped during the LWW-Batavia game, I think the refs have done a phenomenal job this season. Obviously you can nitpick, but I think all things considered it's been a great year

Here’s an idea, have a thought. If helps the argument. Now that we have that out of the way, what calls did the refs make that offended you somehow?

Like I said, son, if you think you can do better get your ass down on the field. Pretty easy to be a ref in the stands. But since you won’t you can pretend to know just what it’s like to officiate at a high level. So many geniuses in the stands disguised as cowards when it actually comes time to prove you can do it.
I’ll be happy to watch the film if you tell me what I’m looking for.

That surprises me because most of the JCA fans are great on this board. JCHILL one of my all time favorites. No fan base is perfect I guess. Good luck next week.

Bad calls in a blowout game 🤣 Focus towards the game at hand next week....that should be the concern.
Uh.. yes. To sit and watch a 3hr replay of two teams who i generally have no interest in watching. I'll pass. There's several quality fb games on tonight that 99% of the board would rather watch.

I get so close to complaining about refs at times…. And I always refrain. This thread gives me more reason for refraining.
So enlighten the rest of us since even the actual JCA fans haven't made a peep about anything.
If preferring to watch ND vs army or bama vs ou or LSU vs Vandy instead of whatever random ihsa semi final game you are referring to hurts your feelings, toughen up.

Yeah I'm avoiding this thread. But I will say this.
I was watching the LWC vs Batavia game. Right before half time, Batavia scored making the score LWC 14 Bat 12. So naturally Batavia went for the 2 pt conversion. Batavia made a great pass that was caught by a the receiver for 2 pts.
I was sure it was good
the announcers were sure it was good
the crowd was sure it was good
The Ref called, no catch. O-O
You see, the thing is, Batavia has Instant replay and showed it several times.
I'll give you 3 guesses who was right, but you're only going to need one.
Stripes were all over that call in fast motion.
