Notre Dame

It appeared to me watching the game that ND put everything into that very first drive. The entire offense looked gassed especially Leonard and IMO they never recovered until after halftime. By then the damage was done. I don’t care what the announcers said or didn’t say. I am just happy the Buckeyes won and ND lost. You think the press made up how they acted in the locker room afterwards? I was surprised because that’s not displaying the values of there coach. Terrible poor sportsmanship. Win or lose act appropriately.
One reporter tweeted about the locker room and five reporters Tweeted back that he was a prick. The players yelled at him because he was all over the kid who got beat at the end game with questions along the line of “how does it feel to be the guy that cost your team the game.?” It’s terrible that other ND players didn’t like it and defended him.

Agreed. I don’t like that they allow reporters in the locker room winning team or losing team. Seems inappropriate in this day and age. That said the players still have to conduct themselves professionally. It’s tough but you have to bite your tongue and say no comment next question or next reporter. Or just walk away.

Now that they are professionals it’s fair game…🤷‍♂️
Why should they have to act professional if the reporter isn’t? This isn’t the first time the reporter has had issues. It should be telling the other media people didn’t back him up.

So if a reporter isn’t acting professional that gives them a free pass. Stop it. Freeman isn’t coaching them to act like that. Keep making excuses for poor behavior. I never said the reporter wasn’t wrong. Two wrongs don’t make a right.

I will always have my teammate's back, especially in the locker room. A "EFF You - leave the guy alone" in their area of sanctity after a national championship loss is not a bad thing. The reporting of "chaos" was by the A-hole that instigated it and wanted a story. I think we all know that media likes to create a narrative when there is an agenda.

Good on them for sticking up for their brother.
