I believe by NFHS standards it is, but it is interpreted differently in IL. At least that's what I remember hearing

I had been thinking about starting a thread on this topic. If everyone saw the rule there would be more complaining that the Illinois interpretation should be changed.

I hate it when the defense yells "gold" when the offense has the word "go" in their cadence. It's a chicken sh*t thing to do.
