The 2020 Federation Rules changes are published. Nothing of consequence except the QB can now spike the ball from the shotgun to stop the clock (previously hand-to-hand snap under center only without penalty). Minor amendments to last year's 40 second play clock and procedures for severe weather delays. Keep waiting for Offensive holding behind the LOS to be a 10 yard penalty from the previous spot instead of the spot of the foul.
