I believe this is the 1st time these New Lenox schools are playing each other. Don’t know too much about either but curious what people thought of the matchup.

Should be a good game. I think they are fairly evenly matched.
Lincoln Way played Providence Catholic in some games many years ago. 1980 Lincoln Way 38 Providence Catholic 0. The Knights missed the playoffs at 6-3 & the Celtics finished 4-5. 1981 Lincoln Way won 25-0. The Knights missed the playoffs at 8-1 & Providence Catholic got in 3A playoffs losing round 1 to Bishop Mac 38-20 & finished 6-4

Not sure who wins, but after the Week 1 loss and looking at the Celtics' schedule, this may already be a must win.

It’s ok. I’m a big Sica & Illini 8 football guy so it’s my pleasure. That 1981 Lincoln Way team was awesome but they fell apart vs Reavis who was state runner up
