Sloppy game overall had I believe a combined 8 turnovers in the game. Always a great atmosphere and always hard hitting.
Geneva? Sure seems like the Vikings have the pieces in place but the turnovers were key in the loss here including 5 interceptions from QB Santacaterina. The running game was ok and the line play looks pretty solid. Defense? Good size and pretty salty just had several short fields to defend here.
Batavia? Really benefitted from the Geneva turnovers and again good teams convert those into points. Lots of issues on the offensive side which I'll get into later in the scouting report. Defense? As expected pretty strong and made some huge picks and plays all night.
I basically like the neighborhood where I have both ranked right now. Didn't see a ton to tell me any differently from what I saw tonight.
