Heartbreaking Article About Oswego East Player's Passing

Amid all the playoff excitement last Friday, there was a devastating tragedy unfolding in Oswego. Oswego East's senior defensive captain, who was reported missing earlier in the day, was found deceased later Friday. Hard to know what to say or do but I hope that some folks here at EdgyTim and the Oswego community offer their support and assistance to Mark's brother, Alex, and his family during this unimaginably difficult time. Very sad I truly know what the family is going through. I will say a prayer for the family and community dealing with such a tragedy.

Heart wrenching story. Hard to imagine how a young kid who seems to have just about everything going for himself gets into such a dark place. Story is eerily familiar to baseball player from Westmont a few years back. You just never know what people are struggling with . Prayers for the family along with the Oswego East community. Sad sad news.
