I just hate when refs think people are there to watch them.
That's worse then the 15 yard penalty they got vs Rita in the 22 Semifinals for not coming out of the locker room on time after halftime
And I only know this because it was like 30 below zero and I had to leave at halftime, crying the whole way home thinking we were losing and walking into the house in time for the Arrington pick!!!!

Great job by MC's Dline having their best game of the year. Fenwick's QB, outside of the early TD throw, just seemed out of sorts. The Oline definitely struggled against MCs front 7. I thought they would use Marshall on offense more.
Elliott did great throwing. Burrell and Thornton are going to be fun to watch the next few seasons at MC, they don't play like a Freshman and Sophmore. I just hope Elliott can start running again because when he's able to do both it's a helluva show.

That was the coldest I've ever been at an MC game. 2nd place was at Edwardsville in 2013.
I was at the ND/BYU game in South Bend the day of the Edwardsville game in ‘13. Was announced as the coldest temperature at opening kickoff in ND football history.
And maybe the windiest. The game was another Marquee presentation and the last of Tod Kuska's career. Rita had that big running back, DJ Stewart, while Carmel had great players everywhere: Asher Tomszewski, Danny Novickas, Jaden Bossie, and many others.

My friends son played for them as the QB years ago. Anthony Thompson. I started going to his games and that’s how I fell in love with high school football too
