I’m butchering the question but one “game” I cant wait for is QB Gronowski South Dakota State getting a chance against a top 5-10 defense in the country in Iowa.

Gronowski was injured last yr from the champ game his fresh yr but I believe he is back and healthy? Correct me if I’m wrong.

A good game against the Hawkeyes in IC and I don’t see how multiple B1G teams don’t come calling in the portal this next offseason.

Mark is indeed back. His leg is 100% healthy and he has been putting in a ton of work. My son will be hosting a boatload of Neuqua kids for the game in IC. Don’t be surprised if the Jacks pull the upset. They are pretty loaded this year (again).

Good to hear he is back. I think he has a chance to make a roster in the league one day.

As an addendum….multiple P5 schools have contacted him for interest. He has none. He knows he has unfinished business at SDSU and he can get to the league easily from there.

Curious to learn how the transfer of Mar'keise Irving (Hillcrest) from Minnesota to Oregon will work out. Until the Ducks join the Big Ten, I will have to stay up late many weekends to find out!

Players have shown they can jump from D1-AA to NFL, and it’s certainly up to the player and his family, but there’s a big difference between beating up on FCS Ds and putting up numbers in B10.

He certainly don’t have to prove anything to me, just saying as a fan I’d love to see him compete with the big boys week in, week out.

Mount Carmel’s Ben Perry is slated to start at OLB for Louisville this season as a RS Freshman. Jalen Grant will be starting at guard for Bowling Green for his third year in a row. Jeremy Cooper will he a returning starter for Cincinnati on the OL for his final year.

Couple other hogs to watch - Iowa OGs Tyler Ellysbury & Gennings Dunker… I don’t see anybody in the country being able to stop Iowa run game this season. Not saying they go undefeated or win B1G but looks like a much improved OL from a good run team last year.

Some interesting quotes from McNamara after the Michigan game. Seems like he knows JJ is going to take his spot. McNamara did a great job as a game manager last year but Michigan needs JJ to have an explosive offense and use those game breakers. McNamara laid an egg today in his audition. Also UM needs to find a way to get the ball in Henning’s hands more. He should be getting 8-12 touches a game at a minimum. JJ was impressive in limited snaps and I can’t wait to see him get the start and most of the snaps next week.
