Pretty terrific two some to add for Illinois tonight and a good start for Lovie and staff.
The good news? Two terrific, athletic kids with a ton of upside. Illinois needed to land a few in state kids now before they are all gone.....hard to believe but 8 of the Top 10 have already committed now and I expect say 18 of the Top 20 to be committed before June 1st if not sooner.
The not so good news? Smalling has a lot of work to do in the class room before Illinois can get him into school. Everything I've heard is that Kendall Smith is fine with the grades...but again Illinois admissions is pretty tough and you just never know.
