Contact days cut and ejection rule changed

Every other state EXCEPT Illinois calls that a false start. Its something many officials have argued for years but apparently the state interpreters have other opinions

The rule book is quite clear that it should be a false start. Why the Illinois interpreters insist on making it more complicated and deviating from the book has always annoyed me.
