Another note, Trojans showed they’re able to get through adversity, disciplined team
Watched most of the game on the live stream. Could have gone either way. Low scoring as it was all run game until the end when PR had to throw. Tough break for PR on their 4th and very long down. CG, I believe, only touched the ball for one down in Q3 and they scored on a 77 yard run. Defense had to be exhausted.
Prairie ridges QB is a stud. This was pretty much for the FVC. Always a great time when CG and PR are both expected to make deep runs. Straight dawg fights between the 2. Never disappoints
Cary Groves kicker put the ball through the uprights twice on kick offs. Meaningless but pretty cool.
He’s got a leg! Made a 40 yd FG, and count on one hand how many times he hasn’t kicked into the end zone.
CG defense stepped it up the 2nd half, and the PR QB, who is really quick and slippery, might have gotten a bit tired. 26 carries in the 1st half.
