Couple statistical things of note.
This was the most points Warren has given up since giving up 47 to Maine South in the 2017 playoffs.
This was the most points Warren has given up in a regular-season game since Barrington hung 31 on the Devils in the 2018 season opener.
Warren's defensive prowess took center stage in the 2019 season when it allowed 6 TDs in 13 games before succumbing to Lincoln-Way East 12-0 in the 8A finals.
In the six-game 2020 spring season, no team got more than 14 on a 6-0 Warren team, though to be fair, the Devils didn't play conference foe Lake Forest (also 6-0 that spring).
In the 2021 season, again no team scored more than 14 on Warren and the Devils gave up just 5 total TDs in 11 games, losing 10-7 to Brother Rice.
In the 2022 season, Warren gave up 23 to Lake Zurich and lost that game, then gave up 35 to Lincoln-Way East in the playoffs and lost.
So, kind of crazy for a team regarded as a defensive powerhouse, but in its last two games as a program, Warren is 0-2 and has surrendered 75 points.
