It's a great program but several coaches and teachers have decided to "bail" over the past few years. Porters, is that a fair statement and can you shed any light on that perhaps?

Steve was one heck of a baseball player, as was his brother (Pete).
I played against both these guys in high school. They were Rich East grads. Both went on to play MLB. Steve played for the Phillies and Pete was the starting 2nd baseman for the Orioles during the Cal Ripken era.
