Impact Player for Bloomington:
Senior RB/DB Tre Jenkins. Jenkins was a steady two way starter in 2019 for the Purple Raiders who brings speed and quickness to the table on both sides of the football. Jenkins is one of several multi-year returning starters this fall for Bloomington who will need to step up his game.

EDGY's Quick Take on the Bloomington Purple Raiders: The Purple Raiders had an up and down season in 2019 and missed the state [playoffs with a 4-5 overall record. The Purple Raiders played a ton of younger names last fall and are looking for more improvement in 2020 and should challenge for a state playoff spot. The biggest issue facing Bloomington? Overall numbers have been low program wise, a rarity for a very tradition filled football program.
