I did not see Triad play but Mascoutah and Civic Memorial both went up against Rochester in Pool Play. Mascoutah was the first of the four Pool games, and they struggled on both ends. Civic Memorial was the third game. Their QB had a nice arm and some good Receivers. They scored several times, but don't think they ever stopped Rochester. Not sure how any of these teams did in their other contests, except I think Carterville also beat Civic Memorial in Pool Play.

Where can I find the results?
Not sure if there are game-by-game scores anywhere but if you look at the end of the discussion thread "CS8 Fall Schedule" there are several video highlights of the event posted.

i know springfield hs beat both mascoutah and triad. triad skill kids have definitely been in the weight room.

No offense but i don't see the excitement over 7 on 7.Grabbing a flag is one thing, putting on pads & making a tackle is another. Here where I live schools run the table in 7 on 7 then go anywhere from 2-8 to 4-6 in the regular season most of the time

Anyone have a source that might contain some 7on7s (7 or 8A) in the Chicagoland area now that the IHSFBCA event has rolled out? Specifically, looking more to the west and southwest 'burbs. I assume 11on11s are smaller events maybe only between 2 schools? Thanks.

did you see the carterville helmets? i had to do a double take. they have 'lions' on the side in the exact style as 'illinois' on the u of i helmets. very sharp.

All.... I pieced this together and believe this is correct from twitter and other sites. 3A had listed only two teams. Williamsville and Eureka. Not sure if they even played. The other class winners. Ratsy

8A - York
7A - St. Charles (North)
2A - Fairfield
1A - Greenfield
