The Dukes (6-4) made the Class 4A state playoff field in 2021 and lost to Chicago Phillips in opening round action to end the season. Look for had coach Jared Shaner to rely on an experience team back on both sides of the football, and look for the Dukes to compete again for the Big Northern conference title. I can also see this Dixon team making a return IHSA state playoff bid as well this fall.
