Can the Trojans make a deep run in the FVC and beyond this fall? Cary Grove and head coach Brad Seaburg will welcome back several key starter this fall especially in the offensive skills department. Yet for the Trojans to make a deep playoff run the key will be if the Trojans can replace 4 starting offensive linemen lost to graduate this spring.
Impact Player for Cary Grove: Senior FB Nick Hissong. Hissong is the main ball carrier and an absolute key in getting the Cary Grove option game on track. Hissong is an experienced varsity standout who is no question plays a huge role and will be asked to again carry the load of the running game.
EDGY's Quick Take on the Cary Grove Trojans: The Trojans posted a 4-0 record this past spring and made the most out of it's limited schedule. Look for Cary Grove to again be one of the top teams in the always rugged Fox Valley Conference and also a top team to watch in Class 6A this fall.
