Summer State Tourney

Congrats to JCA. Advanced to summer state semi-final with a 9-0 victory over Crystal Lake South. They will face Prospect tomorrow. In the other semi, Naz plays Prarie Ridge.

JCA pitchers have yet to allow an earned run in 44 innings of the summer tourney.

As an added bonus, USD JR is part of the team....he has enjoyed his first varsity experience.

Fellows is pretty much the best pitcher I have ever seen.

JCA defeats Prospect 3-2. Drake Fellows singles home game winning run with two outs in the bottom of the 7th. Great game. Four Hilltopper pitchers combined for the win. Will face Naz, which defeated Prarie RIdge 12-1 in an all ESCC championship game tomorrow night at Benedictine.

not that rankings matter but I cannot imagine JC is not #1 here and nationally ranked with that staff next year.
