I wish we would petition up a division like East St. Louis. 4A football leaves a lot to be desired and is not fun to watch unless you get a thrill out of watching 180 pound linemen block 170 pound linebackers for a 150 pound running back that runs a 5.0 40. Yeah, they're probably cruising right into Normal... If we're being completely honest with ourselves, no one is stopping Byron in 3A. They are the heavy favorite.
For that game to happen, Montini would have already Beaton Princeton. If you beat Princeton, you can certainly give Byron a game. If it happens, it will most likely take place out in Byron in the mud
Look this will be tough, Byron up there putting up basketball numbers for scores,- I like Montini but they may come of short.
Difference is Byron also plays defense. Only given up 45 points all season.

Montini has to beat Princeton before they get Byron. I don’t know if they do. I think Princeton mighta been better last year with the Iowa signee, but I also think IC last year was better than Montini is this year and the Princton-IC was a coinflip.
