I don’t know the rules in hs, but nfl and college there’s not a flag there.

Great question. In the rule book it states to wrap the receiver. It’s tricky and a tough rule to enforce. But this one was a highlight film for defenseless player rules. Agree not sure what the defender is supposed to do just telling you what the rule book says.

Agreed in NFL no flag. Could see it flagged in college but not likely.

It's a split second thing, but the lack of a wrap and lowering of head is questionable. Could see it either way.
