14-7 DGN at half. York was at the DGN 1 just before half and turned it over with a real head-scratcher of a play call. Almost got the QB killed as well.

York with another head scratcher of a play call on 4th & 5 at the DGN 35. DGN has a phenomenal punter. Last one went 60 yards in the air and came within a foot of pinning York at its own 1 again…. from his own 25.

Pretty fun 4th qtr. York’s D bailed them out over and over. Really good front 7. Same with DGN. Hard to see either team hanging with Glenbard West though.

This sets up a great game next Friday in Western Springs when the Dukes take on the 4-0 LT Lions who rolled over OPRF tonight 38-13.

Yeah and looking ahead from there: IF York can get by LT, then GW is at York the following week 9/30, which I believe is York’s homecoming. If not, LT visits GW on 10-15 for all the marbles.
