And he is still in the game with a 34-7 lead and 4 1/2 mins left exactly why?Thompson again from 50 yards
Great question johnndoe. I noticed that and the amount of penalties on Warren. A lot of needless barking. And he is still in the game with a 34-7 lead and 4 1/2 mins left exactly why?
Maybe Warren should enjoy the chance to bark this weekend. I don't see it happening next round, regardless of the score from NV last night.Great question johnndoe. I noticed that and the amount of penalties on Warren. A lot of needless barking.
Warren will be ready for LWE .... there is no intimidation factor. They are mirrors of eaxh other. This should be a good game. I hope we do not get that ref that made several obvious bad or no calls. The kids are use to playing through that stuff. McNulty has his kids mentally & physically ready to play.. Looking forward to the drive ... lol. 🎢Maybe Warren should enjoy the chance to bark this weekend. I don't see it happening next round, regardless of the score from NV last night.
Warren earned a well-deserved road win first by controlling the triple option, especially with their speed and quickness on the E/W phases. Offensively they punched the ball hard between the tackles with just enough FB out of backfield on play-action and jet sweep (or keeper) to move the chains in any longish yardage situations. IMO in facing East, differences will exist and they have little to do with intimidation or mentality. East can run the ball downhill with force to stay on the field longer and can throw (in bad weather, too), not just in emergencies. East D not likely to get dominated on the ground and should answer the 3 next options mentioned above. Finally, if pass becomes the only alternative for Warren, I just do not see that as being sustainable. HOWEVER, should East not bring their A game, Warren has the tools to take the W.Warren will be ready for LWE .... there is no intimidation factor. They are mirrors of eaxh other. I couldn’t have said it better.Warren earned a well-deserved road win first by controlling the triple option, especially with their speed and quickness on the E/W phases. I agree Micah, when you get to this stage of the playoffs your team shouldn’t be intimidated and I certainly don’t see Warren being intimidated. This game will come down to who can run the ball the most effectively. I think East will stop the run forcing Warren to throw the ball. Turnovers could be a factor for either team it’s crucial they take care of the ball. I believe East is the more balanced team and the East run defense will be the best Warren has seen. I also believe the run defense for Warren will be the best East has seen. This is going to be a good one.Great analysis. I have watched LWE they are solid ... they have flaws aa well. No need to debate the game is next week. If you watch and know 8A this match up was coming. All I can say Warren has multiple athlete's, not intimidated and coached well. They will be ready ! 🎢
East stats show they are a bit more balanced but hey this is going to be a great game and either team can win it! 👍I agree Corey. But I am not sure LWE has that much better of a pass game ... based on the all the games I have seen. Like I have said both are run first teams with play action. Both QB's are asked to manage the game and let your play makers make plays .... not go back and throw the ball 25-30 times. I expect this to be a replay of the state championship game a couple of years ago. Neither teams has changed their style of play or schemes. I give Warren a fair chance of winning because they have several play makers that can step up but so does LWE. I know everyone will lined up on certain sides in terms of who will win. Go Warren.
