Seems like St. Ignatius is ill-equipped to host Quarter Final Game?

I can’t speak for the concessions but Iggy is pretty much surrounded by UIC so it’s a block walk maybe. You can find something on the side street too. If you haven’t been there it’s not your typical High School setting, its in the the middle of a very busy City area, but it’s the nicest High School I’ve seen. Lot of history
Do you honestly think any school in their right mind would give up hosting a quarterfinal?
There are several other events going on at the school today besides the game. Some drawing a several hundred people. It’s a big school in heart of Chicago with a lot going on all the time.
The UIC parking lot is closer than some of Ignatius parking.
Go early and walk to the great restaurants on Taylor Street. Manny’s is close as well.

The UIC lot is a lot closer than some of the places I’ve had to park to see playoff games before. And like others have said, the food options on Taylor Street are phenomenal.
Loyola does not have much parking and have use shuttle buses. Should LA not host?
Uber to Tufanos, or walk it and arrive with an appetite. Or if you have a sweet tooth, grab a box of lemon cookies at Pompei.
Mixed palates. Iggy tends to cater to the mutton and bisque crowd which ND Niles clearly doesn’t know or understand. Why set them up to embarrass themselves asking concessions if there is a hot dog in the bisque or if they have buns to put the mutton on?
Having had Gately Dogs I reached my Everest of Concession foods and stopped eating at other places anyways. Thankfully Barda Dowling got the recipe 😉

The best double-down for a quick fix is Al’s followed by a Mario’s Italian ice (seasonality would be an issue now).
