Is there some reasonable possibility for PC to make the playoffs?

Last year Naz got in at 4-5 but a lot of playoff points.

Thx

I'm only going by what I heard, but Soucie seemed to think that two 4-5 teams would get in. Kenwood, with a win over Phillips (team #255) would be the first, and Plainfield North (team #256) would be the 2nd.

Next after that he had Oswego East and Glenbard West (if they won over OPRF on Saturday).

Doesn't PC have a much tougher schedule and more playoff points?

Strength of schedule isn't a factor. W/L is the major factor and if 5A, which I assume they are in, has enough teams with at least a 5-4 record then they don't have to dip into 4-5 teams. It's not very common, Naz got lucky last year and were able to ride it all the way because they were battle tested with their schedule.

Before the games this week, Provi had 41 playoff points.
It looks like they end up with 46 points.
LWC, Wheaton SF, Marist, Loyola & Joliet Catholic wins in Week 9 give them 5 Points
Wheaton North, CoM, NND & Marian losses in Week 9 give them 0 points
