Jack Lausch as a career appreciation award.

Lausch was 14-of-18 passing for 189 yards and one touchdown. He connected with seven different receivers. Lausch was also a force on the ground with 19 carries for 164 yards and three touchdowns in a 40-21 win over #12 Marist.
 
St. Rita Sophomore RB DJ Stewart had 20 carries for 190 yards and 1 TD in his first Varsity start.

It's disappointing that IMO the best player in the Chicago area does not win this award in at least one of the weeks. It would be a crime if he is not named player of the year.
