Sorta? If you have a K-12 School and an 8th grader plays, his clock starts and he would be out of eligibility at end of Junior year.

A number of states actually allow that. Eighth graders to play different sports. You sometimes see kids college bios say "in five or six years on the varsity level..." Not sure how I'd feel about it tho

It’s done in wrestling in some states.
Pretty crazy! 6 HS state championships.
This is Mark Hall who wrestled at Penn State after HS.
HIGH SCHOOL / PERSONAL:
Came to Penn State after completing one of the nation’s most storied high school careers...Winner of the 2016 Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award, became the first person to win six Minnesota State High School Championships...Concluded an amazing high school career with a 277-4 record, including 171 consecutive wins and 189 career pins...Helped guide Apple Valley High School to six-straight state championships, becoming the only wrestler ever to earn 12 combined individual and team state titles.

I know you can do this in Kentucky, I remember a 7th grade hops phenom from Chicago moving there so he could play 6 years of Varsity Hoops
