I’ve been putting the playoff outlook into brackets on Mondays since 2004. Looked forward to doing it every week. I used to be off work on Mondays. I’d put The Score on, pour a beer, and clack away at the computer for an hour to build my post. Sports dork heaven.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I’m so busy these days, I wasn’t sure I had the bandwidth to continue. I have a two-year-old boy who powers through our house the way Mike Alstott used to power through Holy Cross. I’m back in school for some strange reason, at U of Wisconsin, still chasing that diploma that eluded me in the 90s. I work Mondays now, and the wife works until 8 on Mondays. I have 2 ref clinics this week and next. Basically I have a lot of excuses to skip this season.

But, insert Ditka quote here about cowards and losers and yada yada yada… I’m gonna keep my legs moving and get it done.

The outlook isn’t out yet, as of 4pm on Monday. Tonight I have a that basketball clinic. But tomorrow night, late, after Alstott is asleep and my homework is done, I should be able to crank out what it would look like if the playoffs started today.

Or not…. We’ll see.

Always love your work and appreciate the hard work that goes into it. Don't kill yourself for us, but I do love seeing uneducated people's heads explode when you have team A seeded ahead of team B even though team B played a tougher schedule.

That's what I'm talking about. Good stuff! Have you written your response to what SiuCubFan referred in his post in this thread, so you can just copy and paste? You know there will be a few . . . . . LOL.

My best to you, young man. You sound like you're very busy and very pleased to be so.

Good for you. Remember these years.

I genuinely look forward to and appreciate your posts every week but as a dad of 3 including a 1.5 year old Alstott of my own I understand how lucky/busy you are it’s the best thing I can say I’ve ever done. I hope you can find some time and if you can’t do it all as a Naz Fan I have a coupon for a free bloomin’ onion with purchase of entree from Outback with your name on it if you can at least do 5a. Coupon may or may not be expired but I’m sure they will honor it 🤷‍♂️

I updated the standings for the top of 7/8A. (Only because I was impatient), but i don’t know how to upload it here or post a pic 🤦🏼‍♀️
