I vaguely remember you having some connection to a development (or lack thereof) on land zoned from residential to retail in Tinley Park. I drove by that parcel today and there is a Walgreens nearing completion, so hopefully the dispute regarding the land was resolved.

Resolved but certainly not in my brother's favor.......they eventually figured it out and a different contractor took over the project........brother decided to stay in the house for now since the housing market is crap
