I can't remember if it was through IHSA or not but I remember something like it. This seems way out of left field. Sometimes he knows stuff, sometimes...I don't know. And for other sports besides football too? This is cool and also crazy.

Will never happen. The only team to ever voluntarily play in the highest class is Loyola. No one wants this outside of some fans.
