LaSalle Peru senior OL/DL Andres Medina (6-foot-1, 230 pounds) is a strong and very physical two way linemen who plays with a very high motor alongn with having a nice combination of quickness and power.
Looking for a sleeper name to watch this fall for LaSalle Peru? LaSalle Peru senior LB Danny Beavers has impressive film and showed to have a great nose for the football along with natural instincts as well.

LaSalle Peru and head coach Jose Medina is looking to improve on it's 4-5 record in 2023. The Cavaliers amd head coach Jose Medina has posted a 37-43 record in 9 seasons at LP and as led the Cavs to the IHSA state playoffs in 3 seasons.
The biggest question facing LaSalle Peru this summer?
Can the Cavaliers find a way to close the gap between the elite teams in the Interstate 8 in 2024? The Cavaliers in 2023 came within a game of getting to 5 wins and into the IHSA state playoffs, but outside of the close loss to Woodstock (17-14) LaSalle Peru really struggled against the remaining playoff teams last season. The Cavs this season welcome back a more experienced team with 13 returning starters (6 offense 7 defense) and if they can settle in on a few key positions (QB/DL) this LP team can become playoff bound in 2024.
