Impact Player for Evanston

Evanston senior QB Colin Livatino (5-foot-11 190 pounds) will be a two year varsity starter for the Kits this fall. Livatino showed well thids past spring and summer at various camps and his continued development will no question be a big key for Evanston this fall.

Looking for a sleeper name to watch this fall for Evanston? Evanston senior DB Jace Meeks (6-foot-1, 180 pounds) is a name to watch this fall for the Wildkits. Meeks has impressive cover skills, is a heavy hitter and a great finisher in run support.
EDGY's Preseason Thoughts on the 2024 Evanston

Evanston and veteran head coach Mike Burzawa is looking to improve upon a 3-6 season in 2023. Evanston head coach Mike Burzawa has posted a 74-76 overall record in 16 seasons leading the Wildkits program.

The biggest question facing Evanston Wildkits this summer?

Can the Wildkits find a way to get 5 plus wins and get back into the IHSA state playoff field in 2024? Evanston played a ton of underclassmen in 2023 and this team has much more experience and should be improved from a season ago. The conference is always a grind and should be again in 2024, but this Evanston team has talent and decent depth and should be in the hunt all season long.
