Senior ILB Ross Dansdill (6-foot-3, 225 pounds) is a team captain and leader for the Falcons defense. Dansdill, who is drawing several FCS level scholarship offers and attention this summer will again be asked to provide production and leadership on and off the field this season.

The Falcons (14-0) won the 2021 Class 7A state title and posted one of the program's most memorable seasons. The Falcons for 2022? No question this program graduated a ton of key names this past spring, yet the Falcons and head coach Joe Wardynski always has talent in the program. The returning starters back are limited in numbers, but feature enough experienced starters who will be key names to help work in several new faces this fall. Look for the Falcons to challenge all comers in the rugged DuKane Conference race and also for a state playoff bid this coming season.
