Senior TE/DE Jack McGlynn (6-foot-1, 215 pounds) is one of the top overall players and athletes for the Spartans in 2022. McGlynn is also a name that will continue to draw increased recruiting looks and attention this summer and fall.

The Spartans (4-5) just missed making the 2021 IHSA state playoff field and will be looking to take the next step up this fall. Look for the Spartans and second year head coach Ryan Pattison to rely on 12 returning starters (7 offense 5 defense) and a more experienced team this season, The biggest question facing Oak lawn this summer? Can the Spartans build up it's overall numbers and depth and be able to better compete in the South Suburban Red.
