2022 Team 7on7 or Team Summer Camp?
Our football camp is at the end of July and We attend Byron 7on7 tournament.
Impact Player for Genoa Kingston:
Senior QB/DB Nolan Perry (5-foot-9, 175 pounds) is a speedy and talented two way starter for the Cogs again this coming season. Look for Perry to again be asked to shoulder a big portion of the offensive production for the Cogs this season.
EDGY's Quick Take on the Genoa Kingston Cogs:
The Cogs (10-2) had a terrific 2021 season and post-season run. Genoa Kingston made the 2021 Class 4A state playoff field, defeated Chicago Bogan and Wheaton St Francis before losing to eventual Cl;ass 4A state champion Joliet Catholic in the 4A state quarterfinal round. Look for the Cogs and head coach Cameron Davekos to again get Genoa Kingston back into the 0222 IHSA 4A state playoff field along with challenging Byron for the Big Northern conference. The biggest question this summer for Genoa will be can the Cogs reload upfront on the offensive and defensive lines?
