Impact Player forAuburn:

Junior TE/DE Grant Dobson (6-foot-4, 205 pounds) is a good sized two way starter and multi-sport athlete who has a chance to play football at the college level. Dobson looks to have a ton of upside and growth ahead of him over the next year or two and is a name to watch in the Class of 2024.

EDGY's Quick Take on the Auburn Trojans:

The Auburn Trojans (3-6) came up a bit short in 2022, yet the Trojans had two close losses (Pittfield/Riverton) that could have easily made Auburn from a 3-6 team to a potential 5-4 finish last fall. Look for the Trojans to rely on a ton of experience back this season including a younger core of offensive skill position players to watch. Look for Auburn to have an improved 2022 season and to have a shot at making the IHSA state playoff field.
