Biggest Question facing Plano this fall?
Can the Reapers continue to improve and find a way to dent the Interstate 8 conference this fall? Plano posted a 1-4 record this past spring and will look to reload with a good sized group of returning starters back on both sides of the football. Plano has a loaded schedule this fall and will need to pull off some early regular season wins and hopefully build up some momentum for the remainder of the schedule.
Impact Player for Plano:
The Reapers have a good core of offensive linemen to keep an eye on this coming fall. Senior Ivan Galvan is a name to watch along with an additional 3 junior starters back on the line this fall in Ireland Dye, Bryan DelAbra and Alex Diaz.
Game to Watch this Fall? Week 8 vs Rochelle
If the Reapers can find a way to win a good portion of the early season schedule, they can find a way of staying in the hunt for a state playoff bid. While wins against the likes of Richmond Burton will be tough, the Reapers will need to capture a win or two against similar or a few higher profile teams. Rochelle is a traditional 4A/5A power who is always fast and always physical. This Week 8 game could end up being a must win for both teams late in the regular season.
