Biggest Question facing North Mac this fall?
Can the Panthers take the next step up in the Sangamo conference and beyond this season? North Mac posted a 4-2 record in the spring season and in it's two losses (Williamsville and Maroa) the Panthers hung tough in both losses. With an impressive group of returning starters back this season including good depth and talent on the offensive line and in the offensive skills, this team has a real chance at making noise this fall in my opinion.
Impact Player for North Mac
Senior QB Kaden Cooper will be asked to step up and replace the shoes of graduated QB Kannon Kirk. Cooper, who played slotback last spring will be asked to step in and provide leadership and offensive production that graduated in the spring season.
Game to Watch this Fall? Week2 versus Maroa Forsyth
The Panthers will look towards a great Week 2 test in hosting state power Maroa Forsyth. Last spring the Panthers hung with the Trojans (a 59-44 loss) and Maroa will again be a great test for North Mac this fall.
