Newcomers to Watch for 2021 Fall

Biggest Question facing Moline this fall?

Can the Maroons win the close games this fall? The Maroons posted a 2-4 record in the spring, and while the results disappointed Moline has a lot to look forward towards this coming fall. The Maroons hung in all four losses and came within a touchdown or less in losses to both Alleman and Sterling. Moline will rely on an explosive and experienced offense this fall and also a defense that also brings back more experience to the field this season.

Impact Player for Moline

Senior ATH Matthew Bailey has been truly a do-it-all player and performer for Moline. Bailey can and will play QB/WR/S/OLB if and when needed, and Bailey has drawn looks and offers from several FCS/D2 schools this summer.

Game to Watch this Fall? Week 4 versus Rock Island

I can argue that the first two non conference games against St. Laurence and Benet Academy are as equally as important, yt for Western Big 6 and Quad City area props the Week 4 game against Rock Island will be huge here. The Maroons took it on the chin against the Rocks in the spring season, and a Moline win over the Rocks would be a big early warning shot to the rest of the conference.
