Biggest Question facing McHenry this fall?

Can the Warriors get back and compete against the top tier of the Fox Valley Conference this fall? McHenry and head coach Jon Niemic posted a 2-2 season this past spring, and the Warriors welcome back a healthy amount of returning starters this fall. The Warriors two losses in the spring came to FVC powers Huntley and Prairie Ridge and if this team is planning to get back into the upper tier, they will need to greatly improve it's play against the upper tier FCS programs. Ironically, the Warriros forst two games of the fall season? At Prairie Ridge and then hosting Huntley in the first two weeks.

Impact Player for McHenry:

The Warriors will rely heavily on senior OL/DL Luke Zunkel. Zunkel will be a multi-year varsity starter for the Warriors and will also be asked to lead a very experienced McHenry offensive and defensive lines.

Game to Watch this Fall? Week 3 at Jacobs

The early regular season schedule is stacked with PR and Huntley....and if the Warriors wind up going 0-2 to start the season could Jacobs in Week 3 become a must win?
