Biggest Question facing Marquette Academy this fall?
Can the Crusaders handle a very strong regular season schedule this fall and make the state playoff field? Marquette Academy and head coach Tom Jobst are playing as an independent again this fall and the indy road is always a crapshoot when it comes to filling out a 9 week schedule. The positive of the 20121 fall schedule is that travel will be somewhat limited compared to other independents. The not so good news? The schedule is stacked and includes strong programs that will give the Crusaders several tests this season.
Impact Player for Marquette Academy:
Both twins senior OL/DL Brady Ewers and senior OL/DL Beau Ewers are keys for the Crusaders on both sides of the football this coming fall. Both Ewers twins have varsity experienceand will be asked to provide leadership on and off the field this fall.
Game to Watch this Fall? Week 2 @ Chicago Christian
Marquette Academy has several interesting games this fall, yet I have a feeling the Week 2 road game at Chicago Christian will be a strong early test for both programs.
