Biggest Question facing Evergreen Park this fall?

Can the Mustangs take the next step and battle and beat the top tier programs in the South Suburban Red? Evergreen Park posted a 2-4 record this past spring and was able to play a few of the higher profile programs (Richards/Shepard/Eisenhower) tough despite the record. Look for Evergreen Park to rely on an experienced team back on both sides of the ball this fall and this team has a decent shot at getting a state playoff berth this season.

Impact Player for Evergreen Park

Senior RB/LB Michael Torres is a speedy, twitchy play maker and an impact player in all three phases of the game. Torres, who has been drawing various FCS/D2 recruiting looks no question has a chance to put up a very strong senior year for Evergreen Park.

Game to Watch this Fall? Week 6 @ Shepard

The Mustangs have a solid shot at getting out of the gates pretty well this fall. Yet Week 6 on the road at Shepard will no doubt be a huge test for the Mustangs. A road win over the Astros here would no question send a message to the rest of the South Suburban Red conference.
