Summer camp at the HS 7 on 7 at Deerfield, Antioch, Prospect and 1 at home
Impact Player for Lake Zurich: Senior RB/LB Jack Dwyer. Dwyer will be asked to provide leadership and use his talents on both sides of the football in 2020, especially on the offensive side of the football. Also senior LB Bryan Sanborn is a All State caliber linebacker who's verbally committed to Wisconsin.
EDGY's Quick Take on the Lake Zurich Bears: The Bears and then first year head coach Ron Plantz had an up and down regular season (6-3) and was able to make it to the 7A quarterfinals before losing to Willowbrook to end the season. The Bears will need to reload a bit (especially on offense) but this program seldom lacks for overall talent and depth. The defense for Lake Zurich, always a calling card will again be a strength again in 2020.
