Impact Player for Loyola Academy: Senior RB Vaughn Pemberton. Pemberton started the 2019 season as one of several running backs for Loyola and ended the season as one of the Ramblers main offensive weapons. Look for Pemberton to continue to get carries this coming fall and I would also not be shocked to see Pemberton get looks and playing time on the defensive side of the football this coming season.

EDGY's Quick Take on the Loyola Academy Ramblers: Loyola ended the 2019 season with an 8-4 record, the first time Loyola didn't win 10 plus wins in a season since 2007 (9-4). Look for the Ramblers to make a big return in 2020 and will rely on an experienced roster (14 returning starters) and a roster that includes several D1 level athletes. This might be one of the largest classes for Loyola to draw and attracted FBS/FCS level offers and recruiting attention. Look for Loyola to be a highly ranked team in the preseason polls.
