    I feel the issue for recruits is the immediate playing time. I believe you are going to see more redshirting than in previous times. These P4 (no more P5) coaches rather have older more experienced players.

    With the salary cap the NFL has so much parity. You cannot make any predictions on record till you see how rosters shake out. Many would take the Dolphins over the Bears right now. However, the Dolphins are currently 40 million over the cap and have to sign Tua to a long term deal.

    Reading the wording from the press release it does not sound like Districts are completely dead in the water for the future. Sounds like to me they know their proposal wasnt going to pass as written but they know it has merit if proposed correctly.
