PC crushes PN, but PN is #1 seed at NV Sectional!

I understand PN was undefeated, but PC just beat the hell out of the #1 seed of the Nequa Valley Sectional.

I think seedings go out too damn early, but I don't know all the specifics that go into these things.

From what I understand, the IHSA wants it two weeks before regionals, so they can get officials ready.

The one thing that I looked at with this game is that Providence had much deeper pitching than PN. Both teams have had quite a few conference games of late and this is just another regular season game.

Really puts in perspective how deep PC is. They played MC today and played Rice Wed so its not like they threw their ace either.

PC is a team that in a double-elim format(or D1 style format would be CLEAR winner) is probably your winner. They would be beating teams bad once u got past their top 2-3. With single though who knows.
