Soph Drake Fellows is off to quite a start. In 4 starts (Rice, Provi, Peoria ND and Minooka), Fellows is 3-0. He has pitched 22 innings, given up 0 runs, 12 hits, 29 strike outs, 2 walks. Pretty impressive

Fellows finally gives up a run. Didn't have his best stuff, but battled hard to beat Benet 2-1. Went 7 innings, 9 K's, 0 walkes and 1 earned run. NIce win for the Hilltoppers.

Laurence just beat providence 8-0 and 17-4. Top 3 teams in Blue are Rita Laurence MC. PC Rice a distant 4-5. Pretty amazing when u don't have your best stuff and only give up a run. He v Latz from lemont would be fun to see.

Too bad it could be for a regional semi-final game, rather than a state championship. Lemont, JCA and LWW may be the best 3 teams in the state in 3A and they are all in the 5 team JCA regional.

I would actually make teams qualify for baseball playoffs and seed it like D1 baseball does and have double elimination each step.
