When I lived in New Orleans, in 1973, Tulane beat LSU for the first time in 25 years. This year, on New Year's Day, Tulane scored 16 points in the final four minutes to stun the Trojans in the Cotton Bowl. There will be a helluva hullabaloo in New Orleans for weeks, and then they'll segue into Mardi Gras.

Physically, it can't expand unless it buys up the surrounding neighborhoods. I heard that Loyola is expanding into Lake Forest.
