Heard the news this AM of the sudden passing of Mike Larsen, Phillips long time defensive coordinator. This has been confirmed by Phillips head coach Troy McAllister and no additional details are available at this time.

Met coach Larson when he was involved with Jamal Brown and qb Dewayne Collins with Core 6 7 on 7. Gained a lot of respect for him when he told me how he became Jamal’s legal guardian - RIP
